Tony Boutagy from Sports & Athletic Performance, actively involved in strength and conditioning among many other things, delivered a brilliant lecture on this topic. Ok, it was at the end of a full "on" day when I'd completed 3 other workshops that involved a great deal of physical exertion, so my brain was going into shut down and nana nap time, but my stomach was demanding food so the fact that I managed to grab the main points makes me proud and they are:
Testing, Nutrition, Lifestyle Interventions, Aerobic Training and Resistance Training. Some really good science in his lecture backed up by common sense suggestions that can be catered to despite our crazy lifestyles.
